2. Report the incident to the insurance company; In case you do not have the policy, call the Contact Center so that our executives can assist you.

3. You must provide the adjuster with the policy #, valid driver's license and circulation card. Refrain from making payment arrangements or offers and let the adjuster review and report.

4. The adjuster will give you a copy of the report and will indicate the mechanical workshop to which you must take the vehicle for repair within the first 5 days after the accident.

5. If the attention to the accident requires a tow truck, do not forget to sign the inventory of the vehicle; The company is not responsible for any missing item/part.

6. You must accompany the transfer of the vehicle in the tow truck.

7. Go to your location with the documentation of the claim to close the contract; you can request the rental of a new unit if this were the case.
